A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that offers automation services and licences for use by the public sector, including their associated bodies and agencies. Automation services are needed to streamline processes and systems for public sector customers.

The framework offers independent quality assurance testing (QAT) services for use by the whole of the public sector and their associated bodies and agencies. QAT is needed for new digital systems and services to make sure they are suitable for public launch.
